So, I finally got my Christmas tree decorated. We put it up over a week ago so clear out some space and I just barely put the decorations on it last night after I put Alex to bed. I just knew that he would be so much help!! He has already torn off half of th e decorations. I thought that since he was a year older than last year, he would somewhat leave the tree alone, boy was I wrong!! I still have lots to do when it comes to decorating the house. I'm going to buy some new stockings so that we can all have matching ones (last year Alex got a baby's first Christmas one, so it was only good for one year) and I'm going to get a new one for everybody (including baby Cameron) so we will have one for him also!

Tomorrow my mom, sister and I are having a yard sale. I'm so excited!! I'm selliing some of Alex's stuff like his crib sets (i had two, one that I bought and one that my aunt gave me) I have a new one for cam and dont see a point in keeping all three. I'm going to go through all of his toys and his clothes, even though I probably wont get rid of those. He never really had tons of clothes and we have a new baby boy to dress also. I'm just so excited to sale stuff!!! I'd sale everything I owned so that I could give our family a really good Christmas, but hopefully I will make enough money so that I can give us a decent Christmas. Alex desperatly needs clothes and Danny and I are pretty well set! Cam is also well set, just Alex.:)

Our Thanksgiving weekend!!

So, this weekend we had some family come down and stay with us. Brian, Layne and Devri got here on Wed and Sara and Telden got here Thursday morn. On wed night Layne, Nadja, and I went to see "Twilight" and i absolutly loved it!! I cant wait to see it again!! Alex LOVED playing with Devri, they would fight over juice and toys but he enjoyed having somebody to play with, other than me. I really enjoyed having everybody here also. I was kind of worried about not having room for Sara and her friend (i found out they we're staying with us at the last minute) but it worked out. I just let myself get too stressed out about it. I loved having Brian, Layne and Devri here. It was nice to not spend the weekend by myself, and Sara and Telden kind of came and went then come again, because Overton is'nt the most exciting place to be. On Saturday Brian, Layne, and Devri went home (let me just tell you that it didnt take long for Alex to start missing cousin Devri!!) and Sara, Telden, Danny, Alex, and I were all going to go into vegas, which I was not excited about at all!! I was so exhausted the last thing I wanted to do was go walk around Vegas. But, we decided to drive up to Boulder Dam instead (i was alittle relieved!!) When we got there traffic was so much traffic backed up for miles, so we decided just to go to the visiting center. There wasn't a whole lot to look there, but Alex got a llittle stuffed long horn sheep. It was funny because he ran right over to it picked it up and put it in a head lock and would not let go, so we decided we better buy it for him. So, after spending about 20 min at the visiting center we decided to come back and go to St. Thomas to see all the historical building foundations. We got there about 1 hour before the sun started going down, so we only got to see one foundation before we had to turn around and leave. The sun was starting to set and there was no source of light to be seen, so decided to get out before we had to find our way back to the truck by cell phone light. By the time we got home I was beyond exhausted!!! To get to St. Thomas we had to do just a little hiking, and i was exhausted to begin with!! When we got home Sara and Danny made us some shrimp and chicken gumbo, which was delicious!! and that was when Alex started to really miss little cousin!! He got so bored!! He started getting into everything, throwing stuff (more than normal) just being a little terd!!) Then Aunt Bonnie, uncle Shane, and cousin Chloe cam over and Alex tried playing with Chloe like he did with Devri. Not good!!! After a couple minutes, though, he got it that Chloe was not Devri and she was just a little baby and he couldn't attack her, so he started jumping on me. Oye!!! I was just so tired, i put him to bed and went to bed at 9:30. It was a long week but I really did enjoy it!! I'm just happy to have my house back right now.

I have come to realize...............

I have come to realize how much crankier I am with this pregnancy. When I was pregnant with Alex I had the days where everything just got on my nerves and I was just a little cranky. It seems that I'm cranky more days with this pregnancy than I was when I was when pregnant with Alex. I dont know if it's because if I get any rest, it's very little, or if i'm just a little more hormonal. All I know is that some days everybody ,including Alex, just bugs me!!! Even our poor cat Dash, who was kind of like another son to me and now most days i think about giving him away. Alex would most likely be devistated if we got rid of his kitty, and that's the only thing that has saved the poor kitty from getting the boot! It's a good thing i only have three months left, or who knows what I'd do!!! I feel real bad for everybody who has to put up with me, but what can I say?? I'm not usually this cranky!!! and I will get back to normal after I pop this baby out (hopefully) For my sake and everybody else's i hope that I get back to normal!

So bored

So, tonight I have realized how boring my life is when Danny is not home and I have none of my sisters or mother around to keep me company. Danny goes to Vegas every Thursday to pick up supplies for the week and to pick up his payroll, and usually I have dinner with my sister Lara and my mom. Well with Twilight opening tonight at midnight my mom and sister are both going and have to leave early to get a good seat. If I didn't have to wake up so darn early with Alex in the morning and Danny was home to watch after Alex, I would totally go. I'm very excited to see Twilight, but am waiting for Wednesday when Layne gets here, and we're going together. Anyways, I'm just so bored right now and just thought I'd bore everybody by writing about it in my blog:) SORRY everybody who acyually read this:-p

Dr visit

Yesterday i had my monthly dr visit. I didn't actually get to see him because he was really busy and Alex, my mom, and I were getting really hungry, because it was lunch time. We saw his nurse practitioner which knows as much as a dr does. Anyways, it was so cute!!! When we got to listen to the baby's heartbeat Alex got so excited!!!! He perked up and started gigling and started
saying "baby, baby". It was soooo..... cute!!! he was so excited to hear the baby's heartbeat, then later when we got home and told daddy about our day, he started imitating the sound that the heartbeat made. It was so cute!! Right now he loves baby brother, and I keep telling him that he needs to love baby brother when he gets here too. I'm kind of nervous about how bringing a new baby home is going to be. Alex loves all the attention he gets, so I think it's going to be a huge adjustment, but hopefully it wont be too scary!!!

Oh, yesterday while I was sittting in the dr office, Danny informed me that he shot himself in the hand with a nail gun. So, they kind of rushed me out of my app telling me that I needed to go take care of my husband. They probably thought that I was a horrible wife, cause I wasn't very worried. He gets hurt once a week, and not one or two weeks ago, he shot himself in the hand with a staple. I only get worried if he gets really hurt!! I just look at him as being Tim The Toolman Taylor. Always getting hurt:)

My kids a spaz!!

So, not just the other day, Alex broke his nose. Well, yesterday morning he was jumping when he fell and rolled his ancle. He made me carry him around all morning long, then I said,"Alex, you are too heavy for mommy to carry around all day. You are going to have to crawl." So, after he woke up from his nap he started crawling, and he is still crawling this morning. I dont think that his foot is bothering him too much anymore, but I think he likes the sympathy he gets.
