Nothin much

Danny carved our Halloween pumpkin with a pearing knife, and this is how it turned out. I think that it looks pretty cool!

So, today I took poor little Alex to the dr. to finally get his 18 month shots (they were a couple months late). He was afraid of the medical equipment and scared to death of the dr. ( he remembers his trip to the hospital a couple months ago) He weighs about 25 lbs now (give or take, he was afraid of the scale) which the dr said was in the 45 % and his head and height was in the 25 % (he is 34 in long). I'm so glad that I dont need to take him in for another six months!! I hate shots!! Oh, he also has a mild infection in both ears, but the dr said that they look like they are recovering instead of just coming down with it.

He's not wearing pants because we always come out of the dr that way. He's always crying so I grab our stuff and go, and he's always bottomless:)

Teeny Baby Clothes:)

So, yesterday I decided that I wanted to pull out Alex's baby clothes. I think I'm going crazy not buying anything new. Anyhoo, his little newborn clothes are so tiny. I cant believe that there was about two weeks where his new born clothes drowned him. It's so crazy how tiny they are when they are born, then in a year and a half they are half the size of you. It's just crazy to me!!!

P.s. when I logged onto my blog just now the volume was turned up on the computer and Alex started singing along with the music. I love how he starts singing and dancing everytime music comes on. It's the cutest thing!!!

Funny baby news!!

Well, we thought that we were going to have a baby girl, but we're not. It's actually a baby boy! The cord was between the legs at my last app. and they couldn't see anything underneath it. This time there was definate boy parts, so we're having a boy and I'm so excited because I already have tons of boy stuff! i was a little stressed about having enough girl stuff!!

Cool weather

So, today is the first day that it has actually been cool outside. It's about 62* and beautiful!!! Last year we kind of skipped over fall and went right to winter, and winter wasn't even very cold. It's been so nice today, i was able to shut the windows and it's still very cool in the house. Alex and I are able to wear our sweats and still feel comfy. I just really hope that it doesn't warm back up!! I love being able to wear my sweat pants and hoodies!!!

Money saving

So, Danny and I have been trying to come up with ways to save money, make money ect. Well, last night we were sitting on the couch watching a movie and i had brought up breast feeding to help save money and Danny turns to me and says " you dont have to breast feed, you can just vacuum your boobies". Of course I laughed and then said " you mean pump my breasts?" He was like, yeah,, pump the milk out. And i told that was what I would be doing if I were to breast feed because breast feeding looks like a huge pain in the butt!!!! I just thought that was funny!!!

Halloween

I am so excited for Halloween!!! I'm honestly surprised that I dont have my decorations up yet. I usually have them up by mid september, but this year all of my decorations are outside in the shed and I'm scared to death of black widdows!!!! I asked the bug guy to spray in there the last time he was here, but I think that he forgot. I might just go in there anyways and pray that I dont get bitten or stung by anything, hopefully not!!! Anyways, i just love this time of year when there are all types of scary shows and movies on t.v. it gets me so excited!!!

SAD news!!!!

So, I have to go back to work!! I'm so very sad cause I really dont want to!! The good thing about it though, is I can be at home with Alex during the day and Danny can be at home with him at night, and it will give us a little extra cash, which we really, really need!!! I'm only going to work until this baby is born, i told Danny would only work until the new baby got here and he said that it would be helpfull for me to bring in a check every two weeks for the next five months, and then I could quit. So, I'm not planning on working forever, but a little while. I'm just glad that i was able to be hoe with Alex for his first year of life, i got to see him reach all his milestones first hand, and I will only be working until he turns two. I guess that's a good way at looking at it??? Anyways, wish me luck!!!
